The cows, the aliens, the farmland, the abduction. A fan-favorite, sci-fi story is coming to SeaWorld for Howl-O-Scream Orlando in their 2024 season. Farm 51 brings extraterrestrials to an abandoned farm house, and they aren’t the kind that love Reese’s Pieces.
This haunted house will be one of five for this event, alongside numerous scare zones, themed bars and rides in the dark. This year marks the 4th anniversary of Howl-O-Scream Orlando.
Howl-O-Scream Orlando states, “Picture this: You stumble on an abandoned farmhouse in the middle of nowhere. The air is thick with dread, and the silence is broken only by the eerie rustling of the cornfields. Suddenly, you realize you’re not alone. The chilling whispers of extraterrestrial visitors echo in the darkness. They’ve crash-landed, and they’re not friendly.”
Howl-O-Scream Orlando 2024 offerings
This year, Howl-O-Scream Orlando is offering four new haunted houses, three new scare zones and two new themed bars, along with returning favorites. Howl-O-Scream Orlando continues its evolution as a newer haunt destination in Florida. In total, this event will offer five houses, seven scare zones, and five bars.
Tickets begin at $40 on select nights. This includes the above mentioned haunt offerings, plus rides on select thrill attractions in the parks. I, the author, have said for years, Howl-O-Scream Orlando is a great price for a spooky night out. Due note, Howl-O-Scream is intended for a mature audience. This event contains intense adult content such as violence, gore, and blood. Howl-O-Scream is a separately-ticketed night event and no costumes are allowed.
Down the street, Halloween Horror Nights is also preparing new screams with “A Quiet Place.” This will be the first ASL based haunted house that Universal Orlando has ever created.
