Specialty cocktails are landing all over Disney Springs for this holiday season, from the hot chocolate flight at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar to a cranberry Old Fashioned at The Edison, December sips at Morimoto Asia and a Christmas cocktail menu at Raglan Road. Here is what is pouring, where and when. Bottoms up!

Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar turns into its holiday bar overlay from November 10 to January 11, 2027:
- Cranberry Apple Compass Mule: Hendrick’s Gin, apple cider, cranberry juice and lemon juice topped with ginger beer and sugared cranberries
- Frosted Passage Martini: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, Bols Crème de Cacao White Liqueur and cream
- Holiday Cranberry Negroni: Hendrick’s Gin, Campari, Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth, cranberry juice and simple syrup
- Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight: three spiked hot chocolates made with Joffrey’s Coffee hot cocoa, with tequila and Ancho Reyes, Frangelico and Chambord, plus a Malibu and Baileys option
- Hangar Holly Jolly (non-alcoholic): apple juice, kiwi syrup, lime juice and ginger ale
Cocktails at The Landing eateries in Disney Springs
Maria and Enzo’s and Enzo’s Hideaway share some holiday sips from December 1 through December 31: Spiced Apple, Toasty Tidings and White Christmas. Maria and Enzo’s also adds a Fig Spritz, while Enzo’s Hideaway pours Smoke & Sugar, served with a homemade marshmallow roasted tableside.
Enzo’s Hideaway is also bringing back a speciality dining experience, Bootlegger’s Dinner, featuring WhistlePig whiskeys, for $276. WhistlePig brand educator, Ingrid Rodriguez, will guide guests through the evening of Italian bites and distinct whiskey pours.
Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant has a Christmas Cocktail Menu available November 9 through January 1, but has not yet listed their exact options yet.
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ adds a Cranberry Gin Fizz and a Mistletoe Spritz from November 29 through January 3. Paddlefish will pour a Gingerbread Martini November 27 through December 31, and Terralina Crafted Italian has a White Christmas Sangria for the same dates.
Morimoto Asia
Throughout December, Morimoto Asia is serving the Yuki-Matsuri with Absolut vanilla, nigori sake, white peach liqueur, yuzu and orgeat, and the Tohi Biei with oolong-infused Nikka gin and shiso leaf. Its 12 Beers of Christmas returns Sunday, December 6, with sessions from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m., starting at $89 per person plus tax and gratuity.
The Edison
Through November and December, The Edison will offer the Cranberry Old Fashioned, made with cranberry-infused Woodford Double Oaked bourbon and On the Naughty List, an iced, spicy Mexican-style hot chocolate with Patrón reposado and a smoked chipotle dusting. Holiday Shaken & Stirred classes are on the calendar as well:
- Sipping Spirits & Spreading Cheer: December 12
- Dreaming of a White Sand Christmas: December 26 and 27.

- Wine Bar George: A sparkling-wine edition of their Master Sommelier tasting will be offered November 24 and December 19 (advance reservations required)
