This is not just for hotel guests, the Food & Wine Classic welcomes travelers, overnight guests and locals to join this private, expansive party featuring some of the resort’s best eateries.

This foodie fest runs two nights: Friday, Nov. 20 and Saturday, Nov. 21, 2026, from 5 to 9 p.m. Individual tickets are $234.90 per night, and if you plan to do both nights you can save 10% with a bundle ticket. What will you eat and drink at the Food & Wine Classic?
The 2026 menu promises more than 50 unique dishes over the two nights and more than 170 beverage selections. The lineup includes the hotel’s newest restaurant, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, plus favorites like bluezoo, Il Mulino, Amare and Rosa Mexicano. Themed lounge spaces are also coming back, like the Beer Garden, For the Love of Florida, Chinatown and the Bubble Lounge. A few highlighted tastes are:
- Oyster Espuma, from Todd English’s bluezoo: Gruyère panna cotta, champagne sphere and tobiko caviar, both nights
- Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib, from Bourbon Steak: Served celery root espuma and shallot marmalade, both nights
- Slow Cooked Berkshire Pork Belly, from Smokin D’s: Served with a hickory smoked cane sugar “cloud,” Friday only
- Blackened Cedar Plank Grouper, at For the Love of Florida: Made with coconut rice and chili-mango-pineapple pico de gallo, both nights
- Tacos de Cochinita Pibil, from Rosa Mexicano: Achiote-marinated roasted pork on fresh corn tortillas, both nights
