The Disney Destiny will be the sister to the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure. It will feature a new DCL design theme, heroes and villains. This new Disney Cruise Line Ship, the Disney Destiny, will feature Disney stories, characters and theme park attractions.

The Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney Imagineering teams utilized the opposing forces of Disney films when creating this new ship. The forces of light and dark drive characters to rise to their purpose. On the ship, guests will encounter heroes and villains alike. This new Disney Cruise Line ship will featured, “The Lion King,” “Hercules” and “One Hundred and One Dalmatians.”
Disney Destiny will tell stories of light and dark forces
These stories, and more, will be sewn throughout the entertainment, dining, cabins and more onboard Disney Destiny. Minnie Mouse embodies the spirit of the Disney Destiny in the newly released filigree artwork for the bow of the ship. This continues the Disney Cruise Line design tradition. Donning a hero’s cape and pose, she will boldly lead guests on future cruise vacations.

The Disney Destiny reached a new construction milestone with the keel laying ceremony at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. This is a maritime tradition to bestow good luck upon the ship. The Disney Destiny ship is scheduled for delivery in 2025. This is part of a multi-year expansion of the Disney Cruise Line fleet that includes the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure, the Disney Adventure that will homeport in Singapore, and the new island destination in The Bahamas, Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Arriving this year, the Disney Treasure will showcase the world’s first Haunted Mansion bar. This will be one of numerous new highly-immersive offerings for this new Disney Cruise Line ship.

I want to go on the cruise just for the haunted mansion bar!!!!!
That is absolutely one of the most appealing parts of this ship we know about so far!
