The Minnesota State Fair may be the most famous of them all when it comes to food. Between the iconic Bucket of Cookies to the All-You-Can-Drink Milk Stand, this yearly event is known for good flavors. But as with any new year, new options arise and we compiled the top five food flavors coming to the 2025 Minnesota State Fair.
A bucket of fresh made cookies. How can you go wrong? This year famous classics are returning and new options are going to be available (some are also in bucket form). The Minnesota State Fair continues to offer new and flavorful food options, we had to highlight some of the most unique upcoming offerings.

Pizza Cheese Curd Tacos
Pizza with even more cheese, but still served in an easy to-go way. This savory snack can be found near the Grandstand on Chamber Street. The Uncrustaburger is, “a 4 oz. hamburger patty with cheese, pickles and special sauce, sandwiched between two deep-fried peanut butter & grape jelly Uncrustables.”

The Fawaffle is, “a traditional Middle Eastern fritter of chickpeas and herbs – pressed in a waffle iron, topped with tahini butter, and served with cherry tomatoes, traditional hummus, green shatta, mint and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.

You can find this dessert near the Family Fair in Baldwin Park on Wright Avenue. The Croffle Cloud is a, “croissant pressed in a waffle iron and topped with fresh whipped sweet cream, a drizzle of fruit puree and a cloud of cotton candy. Choice of three flavors: Banana Caramel – caramel drizzle with banana taffy cotton candy; Yuzu Meringue – yuzu puree with lemon meringue cotton candy; or Coconut Cream – coconut drizzle with coconut cotton candy.”

Honorable Drink Mention – Dill Pickle Iced Tea by Loon Lake Iced Tea
