Oranges, fresh seafood and lots of key lime pie are returning to Disney Springs for the Flavors of Florida foodie event. Lasting from June 27 to August 10, this event brings new flavors, returning favorites and free Chef led classes to Walt Disney World. Flavors of Florida doesn’t require a park ticket or paid parking, but you should bring an empty stomach.
This is the sixth year of Disney Springs Flavors of Florida. Each year brings new options and more restaurants joining along. More than 45 locations will be serving a Flavors of Florida special drink, treat or savory option this year.
Key Lime Pie is king at Disney Springs
If you love Key Lime Pie, this event is a dream come true. This year you can get Key Lime Pie in many forms, like a martini, a milkshake, a marshmallow or danish:
- Chicken Guy Key Lime Shake: Creamy vanilla ice cream blended with Key lime custard and graham cracker crumbs topped with whipped cream.
- D-Luxe Burger Key Lime Gelato Shake: Vanilla gelato blended with Minute Maid Lemonade and graham cracker crumbs topped with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs, and a lime wedge.
- Dockside Margaritas Key Lime Freeze: A frozen blend of Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, Key lime juice, and toasted marshmallow syrup garnished with a graham cracker rim and lime wheel.
- Ghirardelli Key Lime Pie Shake: Vanilla ice cream blended with Key lime juice, vanilla sauce, and graham crackers topped with whipped cream, green sprinkles, and crushed graham crackers.
- House of Blues Key Lime Pie Milkshake: Vanilla ice cream and tangy fresh-squeezed Key lime juice topped with a miniature Key lime pie tart (seen in the attached video).
- Swirls on the Water Key Lime Sundae: DOLE Whip Lime in a waffle bowl topped with whipped cream and a lime garnish.
- T-REX Key Lime Martini: Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Patrón Citrónge Orange Liqueur, Coco Reàl Cream of Coconut, and Key lime juice.
- Wondermade Key Lime Pie Marshmallows: Fluffy house-made marshmallows infused with Key lime juice and rolled in crushed graham crackers.
- Earl of Sandwich Key Lime Cheesecake Danish: Oven-baked pastry with a light Key lime cheesecake filling.
- Gideon’s Bakehouse Key Lime Ice Box Pie: Layers of Key lime curd with a Key lime cream filling and graham cracker crust.
I wasn’t able to try every Key Lime Pie option, but I did sample the House of Blues Key Lime Pie Milkshake. It is flavorful, extremely creamy and topped with a piece of pie.

Taste The Flavors of Florida
This $102 event takes diners to two separate locations, but features food and drink offerings from five eateries. The Taste The Flavors Of Florida event is June 28, with multiple hours to choose from. According to the event listing, “food stations include exquisite samplings like slices of Pizza Ponte’s Fra Diavola, The Edison’s Hot Honey High-Voltage Chicken Sandwich, Maria and Enzo’s Bruschetta Calabrese, and Morimoto Asia’s Florida Orange Sweet & Sour Grouper.”
Wine Bar George: Disney Springs Flavors of Florida Pairing Event
This $165 event, located at Wine Bar George, brings wine and Florida food to the forefront of the experience. The Wine Bar George: Disney Springs Flavors of Florida Pairing Event is July 9th & August 6th. The event will offer, “a culinary journey through the Sunshine State, with dishes like a bright and zesty Florida street corn salad, delicate cornmeal-crusted soft shell crab, and a surprisingly spicy tres leches corn bread for dessert—each course thoughtfully paired with wines and cocktails selected to complement and elevate every bite.”
Jaleo by José Andrés
This $135 event, located at Jaleo by José Andrés, lets diners become a part of the culinary experience, learning how to cook Spanish flavors for themselves. This event will be tasty and educational. The Jaleo by José Andrés Flavors of Florida event will be offered each Sunday from June 29 to August 10. During this experience guests can expect, “a hands-on culinary experience where you will learn to craft the art of ‘paella’ a very cultural rice dish from Spain. Cook a special ‘Arroz de Verduras’ — made with locally sourced Florida vegetables.”

Places to eat local Floridian food in Orlando
With more than 45 eateries at Disney Springs joining in on this event, you can enjoy an array of Floridian food without re-parking your car. Walt Disney World has listed the limited time flavors on the Disney Parks Blog. There are more than 95 different Flavors of Florida to try, from drinks to sweets and savory items.
Where to park at Disney Springs?
When visiting Disney Springs, there are numerous parking areas and all are complimentary. You can park in the nearby Parking Garages, Lime and Orange (notice how they line up with the Flavors of Florida logo?) and sometimes in Pomegranate (on select dates). There is also surface parking, Uber/Lyft drop off, bus transportation and boat transportation.
My personal preference is Lime Garage on the third or fourth floor. Lime Garage is the most central parking location. And while everyone is driving in circles looking for a spot on the first two floors, you should go up to the third floor or higher and find a spot. Security and Disney Springs Entry for the Lime and Orange parking garages is based on the second floor.
