Topgolf is expanding in the U.A.E., expanding from its first location in Dubai and now moving to the epicenter of fun, Yas Island, in Abu Dhabi. Currently under construction next to Ferrari World YAS Island Abu Dhabi and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, this multi-level complex will host 82 hitting bays and eight VIP bays.
The Miral Group, responsible for the wide array of entertainment offerings on Yas Island, such as SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Island and the upcoming Disneyland Abu Dhabi, is bringing another fan-favorite to the location, Topgolf. This location, upon completion, will look out over SeaWorld Abu Dhabi and be placed near the world-famous roller coaster, Formula Rossa.

The building design encompasses a three-level multi-entertainment complex, with the ground floor featuring a VR hitting bay, direct access to the tee line for practice and training, lounge space and an event lawn as well as a specialised Pro Shop offering golf equipment. The upper floors will offer visitors dining venues including a sports and sky lounge with outdoor terrace spaces, an arcade zone and a flexible event space that can be configured based on demand.
