Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando is on its way – opening in 2026. Part of a masterplan at Everest Place, this new 400+ hotel suite and condo unit will have luxury amenities and Nickelodeon characters. And no, this isn’t a re-opening of the older Nick Hotel. This is something entirely new!
Part of the upcoming Everest Place development, the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando is one area of a 220 acre complex. This development will feature a nature preserve, a shopping district, an Arabic resort known as Mysk, the Nickelodeon hotel, a water park and more.
Located in West Kissimmee, south of Walt Disney World, this location will be about a 10-15 minute drive to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Everest Place is already looking for unit investors at this property. The town of Kissimmee is the rental home capital of the entire world.
Stay and own at the Nickelodeon Orlando Resort
A world of play takes center stage at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando. Guests can enjoy food and experiences with a Nickelodeon twist, whether dining at Le Spatula, grabbing a slice at Mikey’s Pizzeria or hanging out at the Snick Lounge with games, sports, live music and the Big Orange Couch.
Guests can make a splash during their vacation at Aqua Nick water park, Club Nick, Nick retail shops, character meet and greets, or the greatest Nickelodeon honor – getting Slimed! In addition to the hotel, the resort also offers condos available to buy, ranging from studio to two-bedroom options. Owners will have access to all resort amenities.

It will be a few years until this new offering is open, but Everest Place, Lion Star Hospitality and the Paramount company are working together to build an iconic new resort – complete with slime.
Walt Disney World is also working on a new place to stay in Orlando. The Island Tower DVC expansion is expected to open by the end of 2024. This new Disney Vacation Club destination will be built on Disney’s famous Seven Seas Lagoon, near the Magic Kingdom.
I hope they include nods to other Nicktoons besides Spongebob, Dora, and Paw Patrol.
They have 2 years to find lots of unique characters and build out storylines! Let us hope they include all and not just the biggest.
