A new Starbucks location is now open at Universal Studios Florida. Located in the Cafe La Bamba restaurant, this location offers all the same snack and drink items you expect.
The Cafe La Bamba Starbucks will only be open for a limited time while the main Starbucks location, near Louie’s Italian Restaurant in the New York area of the park, is being renovated.
New Starbucks location at Cafe La Bamba
This new, temporary Starbucks at Universal Studios Florida is at the Cafe La Bamba restaurant, near Mel’s Drive-In, in the Hollywood area of the park. Not operated by Starbucks, but this building also has an area that sells alcohol-infused options. For a limited-time, this section of the park is the one-stop-spot for crepes, wine, cocktails and coffee.
As stated, this new Starbucks offers all you would expect from a standard location at the Universal Orlando Resort. Guests can order sandwiches, pastries, coffees, frappes and free cups of water (very essential these hot Florida summer months).
Because this temporary location is at the Cafe La Bamba restaurant, it benefits from the architecture of the location. Pillars, tiles and mood lighting, while in an air conditioned building, is not a bad way to wait for coffee.

At this time, the Starbucks employees did not yet know a re-opening date for the refurbished Starbucks location. For now, head to Cafe La Bamba for your Starbucks coffee. But, you can also quickly grab coffee options by mobile ordering at:
