SeaWorld Orlando is the Coaster Capital of Orlando. With seven roller coasters, and an eighth on the way, SeaWorld Orlando invites thrill fans to take on their Coaster Challenge.
Roller coaster fans know of SeaWorld Orlando’s high-speed Mako, high-flying Manta, world-first Pipeline and multi-launch Ice Breaker. Now SeaWorld challenges fans to do all of those rides and more.
Starting at 9 a.m. and continuing until park close at 10 p.m., SeaWorld visitors can take on all seven roller coasters at the park. The first 400 roller coaster fans will even be given a special Coaster Challenge Quick Queue lanyard. This one-day-only lanyard will send these special 400 guests to the front of the line. Guests will need to visit the Guest Services booth to pickup their lanyard, while supplies last.
Pass Members Perks
Exclusively for Pass Members, SeaWorld Orlando invites you to embark on a behind-the-scenes tour of Orlando’s tallest hyper coaster, Mako. Tours will be held at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. with limited availability. Guests can make their free reservation at the SkyTower Tour Desk. Pass Members can also get a free Pipeline Lanyard and Pouch starting Aug. 16, while supplies last. The lanyard and pouch is available only at the Pipeline High Surf Store.
National Roller Coaster Day is also being celebrated at SeaWorld Orlando’s sister park, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Here, guests will be challenged to take on the coaster offerings, with a special lanyard prize awaiting them. With nine roller coasters, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has the most of anyone in the state.
