Wednesday, Aug. 16 is National Roller Coaster Day and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is helping coaster nuts celebrate. With nine roller coasters, there is no where better in Florida to visit for this thrilling celebration.
Roller coaster day at Busch Gardens begins at 10 a.m. Pass Members can check-off each major ride in the Pass Member Coaster Challenge. All Pass Members can receive an exclusive coaster lanyard, regardless of completing the challenge. But the true fun comes from taking on thrill-after-thrill.
Busch Gardens will also be offering $5 ride photos and buy-one-get-one free Coaster Cutout & NanoCoaster Models. For $40 you can also join the Roller Coaster Insider Tour, which gives you behind-the-scenes access to coasters like Cheetah Hunt, Cobra’s Curse and Montu.
If you want to maximize ride time you can get a Quick Queue pass for $30, Quick Queue Unlimited for $40 or the Quick Queue Unlimited with Iron Gwazi & Serengeti Flyer One-Time Ride for $70.
We spoke about Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s incredible Iron Gwazi and high-flying Serengeti Flyer in our Florida Theme Parks Wars article. Since the park closures of 2020, the Florida theme parks have been in an all-out-war to win your money. We, the super fans, are winning this battle.
