LEGO Harry Potter is leaving the toy sets and video game world, making its debut at LEGOLAND Deutschland sometime in the next few years. No exact opening dates or ride reveals have happened yet, but Merlin Entertainments and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences have confirmed some key details about this Wizarding World experience.

LEGO Hogwarts coming to LEGOLAND Deutschland

World’s first Harry Potter hotel accommodations
You have probably seen a rental home use Harry Potter theming before or a hotel offer a “Wizard Boy with Wand” room to skirt copyright. But LEGOLAND Deutschland can state that they will get the first ever official Harry Potter themed accommodations. Much like the rest of this announcement, details are sparse. But this could range from themed rooms to a full-fledged Harry Potter style hotel.
Just imagine how cool it would be to have LEGO Hogwarts Castle be the backdrop of this new land and guests can stay in it for the night. Breakfast buffet in The Great Hall anyone? We will have to wait and see exactly what these accommodations are.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter expanding worldwide
The Harry Potter franchise is reaching out to theme parks all over the world. Harry Potter is already a core part of Universal theme park destinations around the globe, with the newest land, Harry Potter: Ministry of Magic, debuting at Universal Epic Universe this past May. A Harry Potter expansion is also coming to Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi in the Middle East, adding on to one of the world’s biggest indoor theme parks.
Now with a LEGO Harry Potter experience coming to Germany, “the boy who lived” is showing how large this fandom has gotten as it continues to get new fans young and old.
