Iconic Warner Brothers characters will take to the sky with Etihad Airways. A new aircraft and theme park partnership has been announced between Warner Brothers World Abu Dhabi and Etihad Airways. A Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner will feature classic animation characters on one side with DC characters on the other.

Bringing Warner Brothers World to the skies
The partnership between Warner Bros. World and Etihad Airways represents the largest collaboration for the theme park to date. Warner Bros. World will also debut a branded, dedicated children’s lounge within the Etihad Airways Lounge at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi. This lounge will transport travelers into the universe of Warner Bros. World. This one-of-a-kind experience brings the essence of the park to the airport, making the airport destination part of the theme park journey.
Warner Bros. World Yas Island Abu Dhabi is an incredibly immersive indoor theme park and the largest in the region. This location is operated by Miral Experiences, the same team that produced the incredible SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. Across six lands, the park brings to life DC Super Heroes like Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, alongside Animation characters like Bugs Bunny, Tom and Jerry and The Flintstones. Warner Brothers World offers 29 rides, interactive family-friendly attractions and live entertainment shows for guests to enjoy. Located next door, the world’s first Warner Bros. themed hotel, The WB Abu Dhabi, opened its doors November 2021.
Activities for kids on Etihad Airways
All young guests, up to 10 years of age, flying on Etihad Airways longer flights will receive brand new Warner Bros. World Kids Packs that are being rolled out across the network this summer. These packs are designed to entertain young travelers with activities such as drawing their favorite superheroes. Infants will receive a DC Super Hero themed soft blanket, while juniors will receive goodies such as a branded backpack, Super Hero cape, water bottle and activity kit.
I personally took a flight on Etihad Airways in May of 2023 and noticed previous forms of kid activities. Flight attendants offered coloring books, interactive packets and themed bags for kids. To say that kids fell in love is an understatement. And I noticed these bags being used all over Abu Dhabi. This new Warner Brothers World brand partnership is sure to be another big hit for young ones.
