World Celebration at Epcot – Full Tour of Walt Disney World land

After years and years of construction, World Celebration is finally open at Epcot (mostly). We went out on the opening day to see this new garden space. This centerpiece of Epcot puts the park in theme park. Numerous seating areas, charge ports and entertainment offerings await visitors to World Celebration at Epcot.

Epcot World Celebration Full Walking Tour Video

You can virtually tour World Celebration in the above 4K walking tour. This 14 minute video highlights the area, the new music, entertainment offerings, water artwork by the beloved Custodial Cast Members, the new Walt Disney Statue and more.

Everything You Need To Know about World Celebration

If you are looking for a more quick form of content, check out the above 50 second EYNTK (Everything You Need To Know) video of the World Celebration area.

Walt Disney Statue at Dreamer’s Point

Walt Disney originated the vision of Epcot, the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. It is suiting that Walt Disney Imagineers created Dreamer’s Point, an area dedicated to Walt Disney. In this location, a statue of Walt looks out over Epcot and World Celebration. While Walt Disney never got to see Epcot in person, his vision has pushed the company forward for decades.

Bioreconstruct on Twitter (X) gives us a throwback to what was at Epcot. This area used to be called Future World and housed Innoventions, Club Cool (it now houses the updated Club Cool), Character Spot and more. Almost this entire area was demolished to make way for what we now see in World Celebration.

Adding the park in theme park

This new space features an abundance of open walkways, seating, shaded areas and trees. For those looking for a place to sit and rest, this is it. Plus, original Epcot theme music plays in this space, adding grandeur to the area. You can also listen to the new Epcot Luminous: The Symphony of Us firework show theme song.

As stated, seating and shaded areas are in abundance in World Celebration. Given a few years, the foliage will grow and provide even more fantastic shaded spaces to enjoy. Disney already planted numerous mature trees and shrubs, but there may be a day when these large trees connect, adding an oasis of shade in the hot Florida sun.

The view above is seen from the Dreamer’s Point area with the Walt Disney statue. It looks out over the gardens and modern lighting towers in the area. It also offers a view that hasn’t been possible for visitors to Epcot since 2019.

Walt Disney World has also gotten a new restaurant, Eet. This modern Indian cuisine eatery offers quick service dining with a flavor profile that hasn’t yet been highlight at Disney Springs. Entrees range from $12 to $18, with kid meal options that are kid palate friendly.
