McDonald’s has announced the launch of the Big Arch Burger, described as its “most McDonald’s, McDonald’s burger” to date. This new (to the United States) entree debuts March 3rd at participating locations nationwide for a limited time. This burger has already been tested in Canada with great success. Now to see if this big-time burger can become a staple in the United States of America.
The Big Arch features two quarter-pound beef patties, three slices of melted white cheddar cheese, crispy onions, lettuce, pickles and toasted buns topped with sesame and poppy seeds. The signature ingredient is the Big Arch Sauce, touted as a creamy, tangy blend balancing mustard, pickle, and sweet tomato. The burger comes in around 1,000 calories.
The Big Arch Burger is expected to cost around $10 for the sandwich alone. Prices may vary by location, and meal combinations (including fries and a drink) could push the total higher. The limited-time offering could also increase the price over what the final cost could be, if McDonald’s decides to keep this burger around in the U.S.
For the latest details, including availability and pricing, check the McDonald’s app or official website. The burger has begun to pop-up in select locations, but the deal officially begins on March 3rd.
