LEGOLAND Florida Brick or Treat | Foodie Guide

LEGOLAND Florida Brick or Treat is the perfect event for Halloween fans of all ages. With trick-or-treating locations, themed lego building, specialty entertainment and spooky decor, this is a great time to visit the park. As a self-proclaimed theme park foodie who has now been to every LEGOLAND Florida special event, I also think that this is the best time to eat in the park, with a spooky delicious line up of savory and sweet limited time items to enjoy!

Savory Halloween selections at LEGOLAND Florida

When I arrived at the park for the first Brick-or-Treat event day of the season, there was one foodie item I knew I absolutely had to try. The Red Moon Burger, because it looked disgusting. With a truly black, black garlic aioli, truffle butter mushrooms, and a red bun, this creepy burger couldn’t possibly be good. I headed over to Kick’n Chicken Co. and when my order hit the table, I was immediately surprised by how good it smelled, and it tasted even better.

The bun was pillowy soft, the mushrooms were sauteed to perfection, and the black garlic sauce packed a punch of flavor. This might be one of the best burgers I’ve had from theme park quick service, so while I’m sad it’s only seasonal, I absolutely would suggest picking one up while visiting LEGOLAND this Halloween season.

In addition to the Red Moon Burger, this year for savory snacks, guests can also enjoy the Trick-or-Torta made with braised beef barbacoa and vibrant toppings like guacamole, avocado salsa, and spicy chipotle dipping broth. Although I didn’t get to try this offering, it looked incredible. I love when theme parks not only offer specialty savory items, but when it’s clear that thought and care was put into their inception.

Sweet Treats at LEGOLAND Brick Or Treat

After lunch was over, it was time to explore all of the sweets available for this event, and this year they ALL caught my eye! Our first stop was the Candy Corn Cooler, an orange, yellow, and white layer popsicle that looked just like the classic autumnal treat. While it looked perfect for the fall, it was cold and refreshing, which is perfect for the hot temperatures still plaguing Florida this time of year. And while this fun treat looked like candy corn, it tasted creamy and bright with notes of citrus fruit like orange and lemon.

Other frozen delights included the Pumpkin Potion Shake, topped with the most adorable edible witch’s hat and broom and the Sundae de los Muertos, a dulce de leche Dia de los Muertos themed sundae served inside a souvenir Lego Skeleton Head.

Of course, it’s not a Halloween event until you have something saturated in pumpkin spice, so we took a trip over to The Grove for the Jack-o-Bites, soft pretzel bites covered in pumpkin spice sugar and served alongside creamy salted caramel dip in a souvenir LEGO Minifigure Pumpkin Head! These bites were perfect for sharing. Soft, salty and sweet, they really were the perfect mid-afternoon treat at this event!

LEGOLAND’s iconic Apple Fries

Last, but certainly not least, it’s not a trip to LEGOLAND Florida without their iconic Apple Fries. This season, snag their Franken-Fries, which are themed after the classic monster and layered with viral Dubai chocolate inspired toppings. With soft serve pistachio ice cream, chocolate drizzle, Dubai chocolate pieces, and toasted kadafi, these are a cannot miss treat at LEGOLAND this fall!
