LEGOLAND Florida is aiming to make 2026 its biggest year in recent history, and it’s not just the new space themed roller coaster that is going to tip the scales. Returning entertainment, fan-favorite events and ticket discounts all line up to make LEGOLAND Florida a hot-spot for 2026 travel.
LEGO Ninjago Weekends back for 2026
Offered on select dates in January and February, kids of all ages can release their inner ninja during LEGO Ninjago Weekends. This event is included with theme park admission (as are all LEGOLAND Florida family events). Guests can expect to see limited-time characters, partake in show moments and enjoy themed food (we always recommend the limited-time Apple Fries).
LEGO Ninjago themed rooms even exist at the LEGOLAND Hotel for those who are seeking day-and-night immersion. LEGOLAND Florida Resort has three hotels: LEGOLAND Hotel Florida, Pirate Island Hotel and LEGOLAND Beach Retreat. You can find the LEGO Ninjago family suite in the LEGOLAND Hotel Florida, but they also have rooms themed to The LEGO Movie, LEGO Friends, Pirates, Adventure, LEGO DUPLO and Royalty. Plus, you cannot stay any closer, the hotel is literally steps away from the park entrance.
ALL-NEW GalactiCoaster
The BIG LEGO event of the year, in both Florida and California, the GalactiCoaster! This will be an indoor, immersive experience that is kid-focused but not lacking on family-thrills. This ride will not only be a coaster, but it starts with imagination and continues with play. The building will have a rocket customization area and a play area.
“Galacticoaster invites guests to design their own spacecraft using interactive touchscreens and RFID wristbands capable of recognizing 625 possible design combinations. As guests board, their personalized spacecraft becomes part of a dynamic interstellar journey powered by synchronized lighting, projection, an immersive LEGO solar system, projection sequences, and character-driven story moments – all culminating in a fully customized ride experience unlike anything the Park has offered before. The new area will also feature a DUPLO® space-themed play experience and a dedicated LEGO Galaxy retail shop,” states LEGOLAND Florida.
LEGO Festival Returns
LEGO Festival kicked off in 2025 and returns Summer 2026. This event is offered at LEGOLAND Parks around the globe and combines numerous LEGO Fandoms into one. This includes LEGO Fortnite, areas dedicated to dance, a LEGO DUPLO section for the younger visitors and shows made specifically for the event.
As with any LEGOLAND Florida event, limited time food is for sale. Plus, like any LEGOLAND Florida event, it is included with admission, no additional fee required.
Ticket & Hotel Discounts
Saving money might not make it onto a kid’s birthday list, but it does make the list possible. $39 Kid Tickets are on sale now, and yes, that includes ANY day in 2026. It also comes with admission to SEA LIFE Florida Aquarium, the first ever “theme park under the sea.”
Hotel discounts are also possible with theme park packages. The LEGOLAND Florida Resort is not as central to Orlando’s theme parks as other options like Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando or the Universal Orlando Resort. Fan-Favorites for Halloween and Christmas
Exact dates have not yet been revealed for the Brick-or-Treat or the Holidays at LEGOLAND, but planning for the end of 2026 can involve a trip to this park for spooky and cheerful fun. In past years, the park has offered fireworks, drone shows, themed ride overlays and so many character moments.
