Everything You Need To Know (EYNTK) about parking at Disney Springs
For those that haven’t visited before, you should know that Disney Springs is free to visit. Free parking, free admission and free entertainment. When it comes to Walt Disney World, this destination is untouched for what you can experience for the least amount of money.
Disney Springs has ground parking and parking garages, you can put this address in for Google Maps or this address in for Apple Maps to get to Disney Springs. The official address is: 1486 E Buena Vista Dr, Orlando, FL 32830.
The Orange Parking Parage is open for the most amount of hours a day, with quick access to the AMC Movie Theater and the West Side of Disney Springs (formerly known as Downtown Disney). There is also the Strawberry Parking Lot, the Watermelon Parking Lot, the Lime Garage and the Grapefruit Garage (this garage is closed on select dates). We always recommend heading to the Lime Garage as a first choice. This is the most central garage to a majority of Disney Springs – but head to the Orange Garage if you looking to see a movie or visit Cirque du Soleil.
Wellness Month at Disney Springs
January is the most popular month of the year to start a gym membership or a diet. If you are looking to begin 2025 with health and wellness in mind, these free classes at Disney Springs might be a good start.
You can checkout the full list of offering on the Disney Springs Wellness Month website. You can also visit the Disney Springs website for a full area map.
If you are looking for food at Disney Springs, there are a ton of options. We recently highlighted a favorited, Wine Bar George, on a FOX Local “Orlando Parks VIP” episode.

Darn, everything is full. Any chance there will be more offerings?
People may cancel, so it may be helpful to bookmark this page and come back periodically to check all the links. Disney has not stated that additional classes will be offered.
I literally just saw this news on FB and everything is booked…I must be the most clueless passholder in FL cause I never know what’s going on til it’s too late…ugh!!
everything is full
I received an email for a class that I selected and a reservation code. Do I have to do anything else with the reservation code because I’m confused at the moment
You should have picked a time and date. That code is just in case as a reservation holder. Bring that email and code to your class (digitally or printed out).
Got it. I’ll just show them the email I received and I was just confused thinking that I had to fill out something else to secure my actual spot for the class
