Kylee Withers and Phelicia Blake have joined a tight-knit family of Disney Cast Members spanning back to Walt Disney in 1965. These two Cast Members have been chosen as the 2026/2027 Walt Disney World Ambassadors, one of the most coveted roles for any employee at Walt Disney World. They will represent the Florida based parks and their Cast Members during events, grand openings, charity moments and more for the next two years.
“What I’m looking forward to most as a Disney Ambassador is celebrating our 80,000 cast members here at Walt Disney World,” Phelicia said. “I love that at Disney, we create happiness for each other and our guests every day, and I can’t wait to continue doing that with Kylee these next two years.”
“Becoming a Walt Disney World Ambassador is a dream come true,” Kylee said. “It feels so surreal that we’re going to represent our cast with all the growth ahead at Walt Disney World, and I’m so excited for the incredible moments that are ahead of us.”

The path to becoming a Walt Disney World Ambassador is not an easy one, and it can be full of surprises. Today we saw five finalists, with Phelicia Blake and Kylee Withers ultimately being chosen. Interviews and submissions began their initial process, but these two new Ambassadors were thrown into the spotlight within minutes of learning their new role as well. This role is not easy and requires crazy hours, long days and travels all over the globe.
These two are not officially ready to go, they will undergo months of training with the current 2024/2025 Ambassadors, Serena Arvizu and Shannon-Smith Conrad. The current Ambassadors are joining a large line-up of former representatives, many of whom still work with the company is some form. This legacy of Ambassadors has lasted for longer than Walt Disney World has existed. And now, Phelicia Blake and Kylee Withers get to walk alongside Disney Leadership as we continue to see this resort change and evolve.
